Q: I’m not exactly sure what I need. Can you suggest the best option?

Yes. We realize the need for our products can arise quickly and require them to be selected by those doing so for the first time. Our product specialists can suggest the best option.

Q: How do I know when I need to invest in a customized care solution?

If you’ve spent hours shopping for what you need, without success, you may require a customized solution. We can create a solution that is tailored to your needs.

Q: Should I check with my loved one’s community before using your products?

It’s always a good idea to see if using a certain product is permitted. With that said, most special living communities accept assisted living products that enhance the well being of residents.

Q: Is it safe to place cushioning on top of chair and bed sensor pads?

For best results, sensor pads should be placed directly beneath the person. If separate cushioning is added to a chair or bed, the pads should be placed above the cushioning.

Q: Can my loved one’s health insurance cover the cost of your products?

If a doctor prescribes a product for your loved one’s health needs, there is a chance health insurance may cover the cost. To be certain, review your loved one’s insurance plan.

Q: Can your products be classified as durable medical equipment (DME)?

Some products may qualify. An item must generally meet five criteria to be considered DME: (1) is prescribed by a physician, (2) customarily serves a medical purpose, (2) is not useful in the absence of the condition for which it is prescribed, (4) is designed for repeated use, (5) and is intended for home use (including community-based residences).

Q: Is the cost of your rental products a monthly fee or a one-time fee?

If you choose to pay via credit card or ACH debit, the cost of our rental products is a recurring monthly fee. We also accept one-time check pre-pay for six months or a year.

Q: Can I return your rental products, or am I locked into a contract?

If you cancel services, you will be refunded the remaining months that are pre-paid for rental.

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing for products ordered in bulk?
